Hi Everyone,
Easter was a bit wet but on the Tuesday and Wednesday after Easter it fined up. I agree with Jean - the tomtits seem more prevalent. We saw a couple together and a few more on their own. And a robin at the seat on Omori track. Also a flock of whiteheads up at our place on Puketi drive - first flock in 20 years - this following a grey warbler feeding a shining cuckoo near our deck on our last visit. All good news.

Kereru are already doing their display flight which seems very very early. Originally we were asked to record this event from Nov-Feb. Has this been noticed by anyone else?.
