Hi Jean, I have been waiting for an interesting sighting on the lawn to post but alas nothing more than sparrows, blackbirds and thrushes. Hi Margaret I am just testing!, I am receiving more and more reports of the feral cat, plenty for Paul to do when he arrives, --do you know when that will be. Jean

Thank you Margaret. I am still learning how the system works but I should be able to manage it. Still haven't caught the feral cat, still reportsd of it on the roam.

Barry - If you want to attach a picture or a file click on the yellow "Reply" button on the right side of the green bar. This will then allow you to format text, add "smileys" etc and you will see the "Add attachment button top right Jim

Yes and just to see what would happen I tried sending a 1.1mb photo and it told me it was too big. I'd love to see the day when they trim your photos down to size for you!

The "free" use of the forum limits picture size to 1 Mb and a maximum of 500 images To get more storage (and get rid of the banner ads) requires a paid subscription.
I am investigating other forum possibilities as well, but this one seem OK so far to try out and see how much use it will be for the Trust, and perhaps a wider audience later..

At last I'm back. I dont mind the ads that much but 72$ a year isn't too much for us. Does it fit our needs? Have all the trustees had a look? Maybe an agenda item for May meeting? Maybe a bit more activity before the meeting to get everyone involved to become familiar with it. Like your bit about the quail Jean. With this site we could glean it for newsletter items? BarryS
